* Polite * Professional * Persistence * Patient These sum up James and his crew! They worked with, around, and near my husband and I all day on Friday. We were worried at first, about how they would react to our 30+ years of "stuff", but they dug right in and got it done! We kind of hated to see them leave. On time arrival. Survey of goods to be hauled away. Load estimated and services fees calculated all within 10 minutes. Goods loaded and they were on their way to the next client. in less than 30 minutes. Later in the day I received, via email, 2 donation vouchers as they actually did donate my items to several well deserving organization. Their employees are professional and courteous. This was my second haul away with them and I will hire them again. They really do what they advertise. Excellent organization
