Eco-Friendly Junk Removal in Denver, CO

One of our partners had furniture and a variety of household items and collectibles left over after a weekend estate sale. They called us in to provide a no-obligation estimate and elected to have us remove nearly 2 full trucks for their client. We brought everything back to our warehouse to sort for donations, recycling & up-cycling after Thanksgiving!

We were contacted to remove a large variety of items including outdoor furniture, indoor furniture, a mattress and electronics. We filled up 1/2 a truckload and are working diligently to keep as much of it out of the landfill as possible!

This Wednesday we headed up to Westminster to help our customer clear out unwanted items from their home and yard. We ended up with a full truckload of waste and recyclables, including a number of electronic devices to be recycled with our e-waste partners. Another great day in Westminster!

We visited this client's home in Denver to remove a large bedroom set, living room furniture, cabinets and dining room furniture. Services were provided on a Saturday and many of the removed items were donated to our local charitable partner. Win-Win!

A leading energy engineering company reached out to The Junkluggers of Colorado in preparation to downsize one of their Colorado operating facilities.  We discussed the requirements for the job.  With their office being on the top floor of a 24-story high-rise, they needed us to do the work on a Saturday, outside of regular business hours.  It was a substantial job and though we completed the job on Saturday, it was a great feat.  We only had access to the standard elevators and had to go through a large, elaborate lobby.  The job took four crewmembers over four hours to complete, resulting in two truckloads of material.  

The next Monday, our customer contacted us to again to request our service as his corporate office had decided to get rid of the remaining materials in that office.  We hauled away two more truckloads the following Friday evening but thankfully we gained access to the freight elevator and loading dock, making the job much easier for our crew and more cost efficient for our customer.  We took the final truckload on Monday afternoon.  

Our customer, an upscale lighting company, was expanding quickly with new store openings in several states including Connecticut and Texas.  They had used The Junkluggers to assist with these new openings so when they had an opening in the Denver area, they called us!  We discussed the job in detail with our customer to ensure we understood their needs as well as reaching out to our Connecticut and Texas colleagues to better understand their experiences and help us to prepare. 

It was a large job which amounted to a 4-appointment, 7 truckload job over the course of a week.  This was our biggest commercial job up until this point.  Our crew removed mostly boxes, crates, pallets and general moving materials (Styrofoam) and rubbish.  The job was completed on time and our customer was pleased with the work and promised to continue using The Junkluggers as they expanded across the US.
