This was the BEST experience! Cole, Jacob, and James were delightful and professional. It took them 5 minutes to estimate the cost, and about 15 minutes to remove a pile of stuff that took me over a week to drag together. I love the fact that they were headed straight to the thrift store to drop off everything that could be resold! The cost was lower than other quotes I received, and the service was fantastic. What's not to love? :)

The team was very professional, courteous, explained the process, pricing and met all the expectations that were outlined before they got started. They respected our home and health by wearing masks and ensured that I was 100% happy before having me sign off. The donation receipt came within 24hrs as promised. I love the fact that this company does all the work for you to donate your unwanted items vs putting them in a landfill -- so it makes me feel like I'm doing the right thing for the planet while helping others who would value these items that I no longer have use for.

On time arrival. Survey of goods to be hauled away. Load estimated and services fees calculated all within 10 minutes. Goods loaded and they were on their way to the next client. in less than 30 minutes. Later in the day I received, via email, 2 donation vouchers as they actually did donate my items to several well deserving organization. Their employees are professional and courteous. This was my second haul away with them and I will hire them again. They really do what they advertise. Excellent organization!

Junkluggers did an amazing job with our office cleanout! Ben and his team were incredibly responsive, extremely professional, and by far the best value of all the companies we looked into. They were very flexible when our building made us change our date at the last minute, and did a wonderful job getting everything we needed out in a timely manner. I really appreciate that they do their best to donate or recycle everything that they can, and they have a great relationship with an e-waste company that saved us a lot of money. Thank you!!
